Cost/Payment Information

K-M Community Education pays instructors within 30 days of the class/camp/activity end date. We work with instructors to find an agreeable payment solution for each party. For most of classes/camps/activities run through K-M Community Education, the contracted instructor takes home a "per student" fee - meaning that for each person registered for the class, the instructor takes home the bulk of the registration fee. Community Education takes a smaller percentage of that fee to help cover facility use, marketing, and personnel fees. Other forms of payout that we have used in the past have included percentage of revenue to pay instructors, or a flat rate per class in some cases.

When and Where

Please tell us a little bit more about when and where you want to run your class/activity. If you don't have a specific day in mind, include your availability (days of the week, range of times, etc.). We will work together to find a day that minimizes conflicts and works with space availability, but a starting point is always appreciated.
